Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to making things right if there’s an issue with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos (if applicable), and we’ll gladly review your case and offer a replacement or refund when eligible.
As our products are fulfilled by trusted suppliers, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Approved returns must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and sent back according to our return instructions. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
